1. Before sending us any goods, no matter what reason (e.g. defective goods, crediting, DOA,...), a RMA-number has to be obtained in our dealerzone of our website.
2. After completing the RMA form in our dealerzone you will automatically receive a RMA number by e-mail. Then you can send the product in attention of the "RMA-department" clearly mentioning the RMA number on the outside of the package (collo).
3. In case of a demand for credit the product always needs to be in the original, compete and undamaged package, which has to be packed in another protecting, box. Goods without a protecting box or goods with incomplete, damaged packages, applied writings or stickers will not be credited.
4. A repaired or swapped product will be sent together with a next order to save transport fees. Products can be sent immediately at the resellers (your) expense, if explicitly mentioned or demanded (transport fee: 15€ + VAT).
5. A standard fee of 8 € + VAT will be charged for products which, following our testing procedure, had no errors or defects.
6. Warranty voids for products which have become defective due to wrongfully usage or which are out of the warranty term. (Check out the warranty chapter for further details).
7. For the return of goods without reason or approval, there will be charged an administration fee of 8% on the value of the goods.
8. Except if requested by RMA department, the defective product has to be returned to us without any third party accessories (like hard-disks in a NAS for example).
9. Deltalink is not responsible for any loss of datas during the repair process. The customer is always responsible to have a valid backup of datas and/or configuration files before sending the product to our repair center.
